ok so i am trying to send folders through missing sync to my memory card.

no matter what file it is it gets to the last file then just stall i have left it for hours but doesn't complete

really annoying cos i am trying to transfer tomtom maps i need.

so then u tried to use my car reader but its real old, and also doesn't seem to work with the SDHC card.

so anyone know the cheapest card reader that will work with SDHC cards? or a cure for my missing sync, sync issue.

Thanks.

tomtom maps have never been easy to transfer through the phone either with wm5 or wm6, its always the cline file that fails due to its file size, its 121mb wich is larger than the internal ram and wm filetransfers go through the device where its cached then goes to the card, the cline file is way to big and always fails. whenever i have toinstall totom maps i use a card reader. get the SanDisk MicroMate SDHC Card Reader for £9.99  http://www.mymemory.co.uk/memory/SanDisk/MicroMate/SDHC/Card/Reader

I successfully installed TT6 to my VIII via ActiveSync on an XP laptop including the cline.dat file for the Western Europe map which comes in at a whopping 515.8Mb. It did take a long time though.
