HURRAY! Got my activation tonight and have sync'd

THOUGHTS:

1) Very cool.

2) Definitely sync over a High Speed Connection. I originally tired over edge and the pics and vids bogged it down. Once I sync'd via USB (I'm at work) It was very speedy.

BUGS:

1) I sent a text from Dashwire to myself. On Dashwire it shows as sent to someone else (same last name as me).

2) The Mobile App settings suggested in the FAQ do not appear on the phone. The FAQ says when is sync'd and the frequency of syncs is adjustable. I do not see these options (or ANY settings at all for that matter).

REQUESTS:

1) Could a text sent from Dashwire show up on my phone in the sent folder?

2) Pics of Credit Card logos from my eWallet were sync'd. Also, VERY LARGE Vids from my storage card were sync'd. It would be nice to specify which folders are sync'd.

3) Could Contacts show in my phone's groups/categories?

QUESTIONS:

I see the FAQ says if I delete sync'd pics on the phone they stay on Dashwire. If I delete from Dashwire...do they stay on the Phone? (Answered...YES) And if so will they be uploaded again? (AFAIK...No).

Sent some more bugs/requests to Dashwire....

1) When I delete calls in the dashboard….they delete on the delete screen…but when I return to the dashboard…they are still there.

2) When I delete photos or videos on the dashboard….they sync again upon next sync. It would be great if there were settings for this.

a) Keep photos/videos fully synchronized. Here are some ideas:

i) FULL SYNC - Delete on dash…deletes on phone on next sync

ii) FULL SYNC - Delete on phone…deletes on dash on next sync

iii) DASH PRIORITY – If file is not on Dash…sent to dash (not vice versa)

iv) PHONE PRIORITY – If file is not on phone..sync to phone (not vice versa)

v) SETTING – SYNC ONCE – Once a file is sync’d to dash…do not sync again.

3) Could you place a cookie on my pc so it remembers that I am logged in. If I close my browser or go back to the home page by accident, I need to log in again. EDIT: I see that the cookie is set to MY.dashwire.com….but maybe a link or redirect when I go to the dashwire.com homepage.

4) Is it possible to add a list view in contacts?

5) Is it possible to sync and sort by categories in cotacts?

6) Did you ever think of adding an MS Exchange service offering as well?

7) Got a lot of people waiting to get on board…ever think of adding a blog to keep everyone up to date?

Well I'm signed up now but can't find any way to download the client software. The Help says:

To install the Dashwire Mobile, visit http://www.dashwire.com on your computer browser and walk through the steps that follow.

but when you do that there is no sign of the client application.

I've had an invite, registered my name and logged in to my dashboard and still can't find the Windows Mobile client software. I've sent an email to them asking where to get it.

I went to www.dashwire.com and couldn't see an option to login. I then tried my.dashire.com, was able to login but again there was no link to download the client app and the page didn't display like it did on my PC. This was all done using PIE.

Installed it - slowed my device down to an unusabke crawl! Nice idea and the web portal works really well, had to remove the app though :(
