Guest Paul (MVP) Posted October 29, 2007 Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 As mentioned in my last post, the T-Mobile Shadow isn't the only new kid on the Smartphone block this week, as AT&T launch the long awaited Pantech Duo. Very similar in style to the popular (stateside) Helio Ocean, the Pantech Duo features an innovative dual slider arrangement, offering both 12 key and QWERTY keypads. It backs up the innovation with 3G / HSDPA support and a fast processor, although a 1.3 Megapixel camera lets the side down somewhat! The great guys at Phonescoop (Hi Eric!) have a video tour of the device, which is well worth watching. Sadly initial reports that the Duo was to include GPS seem to have been unfounded, which is a bit of a disappointment, as I might have been sorely tempted by this device were that the case :( Nonetheless, we have a Duo on the way, and will writing up a review for your viewing pleasure just as soon as it arrives... in the meantime, enjoy the video!
