Guest fatmcgav Posted October 30, 2007 Report Posted October 30, 2007 Hi there, i'm having a few quirky Email issues with my new Kaiser. I've set up Gmail to use IMAP dload, and it's working great. However, certain emails keep coming through blank... specifically i'm finding it on eBay emails, and a few other isolated ones... Does the kaiser, or WM6 pOutlook not like specific formats or something? Any info appreciated. Cheers Gavin W
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted October 30, 2007 Report Posted October 30, 2007 Hmmm, try turning off HTML? P
Guest Mr.Clark Posted October 30, 2007 Report Posted October 30, 2007 (edited) Yep. Still happens. I'm wondering if people are sending emails only in HTML format or something odd like that. Edited October 30, 2007 by Mr.Clark

Guest Webreaper Posted October 31, 2007 Report Posted October 31, 2007 Yeah, I noticed this. Real shame as IMAP's the killer app. ;) I use POP instead, leaving a copy of the messages on the server, and with the gmail setting "archive mails when they've been downloaded". So I read them on the Kaiser, and delete them, and when I do a send/received, they get marked as read and archived. Works reasonably well until they fix IMAP.
