i have been using a freeware version of 1calc i picked up ages ago but i can't seem to find a download link for it anymore. it was offered by ms on their "owners circle" site a while back but i can't find it now.

as for registry, personally i use resco which you have to pay for but i love the program.

please elaborate on what type of converter you are looking for
