unlocking the Kaiser

in settings, lock, i can't turn off the locking password, it's now on 15 minutes, how do i get rid of it ?

tapping the checkbox does nothing... image is in Dutch, but i guess you all know what i mean...

Are you on your companies network with Microsoft Outlook/Exchange? Because that looks like a security policy which forces you to have a password to me.
