Creating 3GP or MP4 videos, optimal settings?

I've tried to find the answer to this on Google and on some other forums, but no luck.

I just recently got a Tytn II, and would like to put some various Family Guy clips on it.

What are the optimal settings for file conversion?

3GP or MP4?

Which resolution? (320x240, or can I go bigger?)

Which FPS1.gif? (15 or 30?)

Thanks in advance!

Oh, and if it matters, I use Super to convert my videos2.gif.

Thanks!

I have put quite a few films and tv eps on mine and they work fine, I used Pocket DivX Encoder to convert them over and it does a perfect job, 2 hour film is about 280mb using 320x240 screen size and low bitrate audio (the speakers dont warrant any more). The framerate on mine was variable but you should be ok with 25/30 in terms of playback. I use Core Player (TCPMP 0.8) for playback and it works lovely just pull out the keyboard tilt the screen up and watch away ;)
