Guest Paul (MVP)
You can use SKTools to do this, or the free application 'SIPchange'. P

P I bought SKTools on the strength of your repeated recommendations of it and to be honest, haven't used it much really but I've had a good look round it now but can't find this - I want to set xt9 as default but can't find where to do it...any ideas? Cheers, Smiffy.
Guest rthakrar
Hi, If you have a registry editor then the key is: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Tegic\eT9\IME "CarrierDefaultTextMode" 1 = xT9 default 0 = abc default Ricky
