Are these alarms suitable for PPC's?

Lads, I done some Googling and found these alarms (the ones on our phones are rubbish!)

http://www.fixdown.com/english/pda/list/24.htm

http://www.connectivetools.com/ctalarmclock.html

The info says these alarms are for PPC's but when I try to install them I get a message saying these are not for PPC's!

I'm copying the exe files to Programe files, and then trying to install from there.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is the info on the website just wrong?

UPDATE: I even tried to install SPB Time - but even this came up with the same NOT FOR PPC message .

Can anyone recommend a good FREE alarm for the kaiser please :(

The second one says it's for Windows Mobile Standard (which I think is the non-touchscreen OS replacing what used to be called SmartPhone). The OS on the Kaiser is Windows Mobile Professional (I think - someone correct me if I've got my versions muddled).

I'm not sure about the first one - not something I've tried as I find the builtin alarm functionality (together with Outlook appointments) suits me.

Thanks for reply hotpil.

Do you not find that the alarm when used to wake you up in the morning is a little rubbish? It rings once - then stops for a good few seconds - then rings again! Even when you've selected Repeat!!!

Tbh, I'm quite a light sleeper and the only time i use it to wake me is when i've been made to sleep in the spare bedroom due to being too drunk/snory/smelly/inconsiderate etc.

LOL! I need Big Ben, right by my ear, to wake me... any time!

ithink the main problem is they are too short. I make my own alarm tones on my pc then move them to my root directory on my phone. that way Im sure to get good long loud alarm tones that wake me and probably the rest of the neighbourhood up :(

Dolbe, thats exactly what I need - wake the neighbourhood :(

Is there any chance you could upload a few alarm tones on here for us please?

I will if you give me an idea what you want. if you have an mp3 or a favorite alarm tone. give me an idea and I'll make you a alarm tone and upload it for you. :D

Thanks dolbe. To sound a little boring, can you do me a traditional alarm tone... or two - so long as they last more than 2 seconds. So, a traditional alarm tone that rings for about a minute or 2 :D

Ive already converted a happy bugle tone to use as an alarm I'll upload it now

Edit: http://rapidshare.com/files/74716055/Happy_Bugle.wav

there you go, its loud and its 4 seconds long but if you set it for your alarm and set the alarm to repeat sound it will loop and last as long as it takes to wake up

this one will deffinitely wake you up. its loud and long. its the opening intro to ozzy osbourns crazy train. it makes a good ringtone also http://rapidshare.com/files/74720535/crazy_train.wav

if snoring wakes you try this one http://rapidshare.com/files/74721902/snore.wav :D

this is a funny one http://rapidshare.com/files/74721267/SexDonald.wav

Thanks yet again Dolbe for the help.

But please don't go out of your way though to make new tones just for me mate. I'm sure I'll find something on from your link. I can also Google for some this weekend. Really appreciate the thought :(
