Only inbox syncing via exchange server

Ive set up my company email on my TyTN II via outlook and exchange server (im not sure how to describe it, have I set up my email via exchange server on outlook on my phone or setup my outlook account on my phone via exchange server???).

Any how, its great because i hit send/receive and get all my mail on my phone, but when I send an email or delete an email, its not in my sent/deleted folder on my phone. I tried to send/recieve while in that respective folder but it remains empty.

Why?

Have you gone into 'manage folders' and checked the box to sync that folder?

Oops no, didnt do that. It worked, but it didnt retrieve all sent.

I know that it will retrieve .

Ok, its showing emails that arent on my inbox on my computer.

I thought whats on my phone will be a replica of whats on my computer.
