Syncing blank contacts to outlook 2007

I can sync my phone at home with my pc on vista using windows mobile device centre and office 2007 it works fine.

But sync'ing my work pc which runs Windows XP and outlook 2007 sync's blank contacts.

Now i'm deleted my profile on the pc etc and then logged in and tried to sync nothign happened

any one got a solution for this.

I used to have loads of problems with this. My advice would be to delete both sync partnerships on the PCs and then plan out what you want to sync from where to where, taking into account the 'conflicts' rules. Then re-create the partnerships and carefully work through all the options when setting them up again - pay particular attention to the conflicts settings. It would be a good idea to backup all your Contacts somehow before re-creating the partnerships in case it all goes 'orrible and you end up syncing an empty list to one or other of the PC's.
