Guest Looby
Hi dendirk, that's exactly why I used Facade and this also enables you to have comm manager/wifi on the homescreen which people like. Facade enables more upcoming appointments too and remains stable in landscape view. I'll have another look but I don't want to compromise the stability of the homescreen and the device. I don't mind people having a little play for themselves but I would prefer they are not uploaded as we can move into all other areas and issues for which I don't want to be held responsible. Many thanks and Happy Christmas to you and all :D :(
Guest erwingoris
Hi all, this is a full 'HTC Live Home' theme I have created for the Vox S710/E650 Smartphone. I have been using it for a week and it functions perfectly including Weather Updates. A blue version will follow shortly. Please follow the installation instructions carefully. Enjoy...looby :( NB. You will need Facade available from www.sbsh.net This should be installed to the DEVICE memory. The time selection can be changed 12hr/24hr in regional settings. hello nice homescreen what to do to install this on my HTC S710 I am not a specialist whit this things Thanks for helping me with this
Guest Moblogtek
As you asked me, here it is: Same Grey wallpaper with SmartMonitor background and HTC logo. 1- First, install the Grey Looby Theme correctly (on the first page). If it works well, you shouldn't meet any problem with this new one. 2- Download this package wich include the new grey refresh home.xml files + all the images (include htc logo's one) you need and the smartmonitor plugin. HTC_Live_Home_grey.rar 3- Install the smartmonitor plugin on the memory on your smartphone (not the card) 4- Copy the HTC Live Home(grey)_refresh.home.xml file in \Application Data\Home of your smartphone 5- Copy the 3 images files (*.png + *.jpg) in \Application Data\Home\HTC Live Home(grey) of your smartphone 6- Choose your theme in the settings of your smartphone and that's done ! PS: Sorry, Looby, to polluate your thread. I didn't know if it was better to post here or create a new one. As it is almost the same theme, I tought it was better to post here. May be I'm wrong. If so, I'm sorry and I will move it. Thanks. Edited December 25, 2007 by Moblogtek

I want to get the weather information on the begin of the day, so i can turn my wifi on for 1 minute, and then turn it off. So i can see the weather of that day(I don't have an internet subscription for my phone).

Guest Looby
hello nice homescreen what to do to install this on my HTC S710 I am not a specialist whit this things Thanks for helping me with this Hi, first go to www.sbsh.net and download a copy of Facade for smartphone (A free trial is available) to your PC. With your device connected via activesync to your PC click on the Facade file you have downloaded and it will transfer it to your device, you will be prompted on your device whether you want to install to Storage Card or Device...choose DEVICE..very important! Open the HTC Live Home Zip folder on your PC and click on the Readme File inside to open it (print if necessary) and follow the installation instructions carefully ensuring to copy the two CAB files to DEVICE not storage card. I hope this points you in the right direction...looby :(

How to center and align (top-bottom - left-right) the text from the smartmonitor plugin How can i increase the calendar total hight an bigger font and bolt pls . Thanks Well ! I will try to explain you as simple as possible. First, you have to back up the file for that you can replace it if you make any mistakes. - Edit the home.xml file with a notepad - Change all the Values and names in the red "circle or round" - You have to save the file and test it very often in your smartphone for that you see if it's O.K. or not. In the file, there is a paragraph for each plugin. You will see the name of the plugin on the first line of the paragraph. You just have to change some values in each plugin. PS: For the SmartMonitor plugin, may be you can set all the values for padding (left, right, top, bottom) .... --> to 0 for that it is more simple for you to see where the X and Y are beginning. Here is the same for the Calendar plugin If you have more questions, PM me. :( Good Luck ! Edited December 26, 2007 by Moblogtek

Guest Bunecarera
Dendrik dude, stop quoting the comment above yours. Use the fast reply button below. In Dutch: Stop met al die onnodige quotes van de post boven je. Is redelijk irritant. Gebruik de FASTREPLY knop onderaan de thread. Guest dendirk
@ Looby , are the contacts on the HTC home plugin working with you ? thanks
Guest Looby
dendirk, yup they work OK. It is not designed to select individual contacts from the homescreen but from the second screen when selected, the homescreen just shows the pics of your favourite people so that you don't forget them I guess! :D daimon, I have not come across your situation the only thing I can suggest is to power your device off/on unless it is something to do with the City you have chosen :( Thanks..looby. Guest bucholzi
www.htcclub.net Hi, excellent stuff! Just what I was looking for, thank you. But one question: Tried to add a couple of new places to the weather forecast and followed the procedure at htcclub.net. The places show in the list, but the phone cannot download any data. All other sites (pre-listed) works great. Triplechecked the entries; all is correct. Anyone experienced similar problem and got a fix? Guest Espensodal
bah screwed up the device :( getting the boot recycle problem, but this time, no matter what i do, the vox either hangs or recycles... guess i need to hard reset... again... on my phone removing the sd card rarely works... i usually have to reboot without the sd card until it hangs on the second htc screen, turn it off while on the second htc screen, reboot a second time without the sd card, and shove it in there as soon as the screen switches from WM screen to second htc screen... kinda takes about 5 minutes each time i have to reboot :S
