Installing Tomtom Maps...

I've gotten my maps for my country (USA), and I need to figure out where to put the maps on my SDHC card in order for TT6 to pick them up, or at least let me install them in the software.

Any ideas?

What format are they in? Generally you'd just use TomTom Home to install, else copy the map directory to the Storage Card root.

For the UK maps i just created a folder called UK in the root of the storage card and then added them to tomtom through the manage maps part of the tomtom program

I found where my 1 free downloaded map was installed on my SD card, and mimicked the setup with my full USA maps... worked like a charm.

It was located under Storage Card\My Documents
