For me, I find the Kaiser battery life perfectly acceptable, but if I can buy an uprated battery that gives me an extra x% at a reasonable price with no penalties, i'm gonna go for it. By my reckoning a 20% increase in capacity should give you a 20% increase in battery life in general use. As I said before, i've had Mugen batteries that have matched in capacity but lasted longer in real world use. Don't know why, but that's the way it is! Guest dolbe666 Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 Ive used the same batteries Paul suggested in my Qtek 9000 and its lasted longer than the original batter and gives me a decent if not better usage time over the standard batter and thats not even a larger size its the same capacity as the original Qtek battery. The higher the number, the longer the battery can go on between charges. Thus, even HTC themselves might sell different batteries for the same phone with different mAh figures. Well we can hope :) I have switched back to the factory battery that came with my Tilt. The battery actually seemed worse than the original! But I didn't give it a thorough runthrough(Is that a word?) But towards the end of my day, it was at so low of power, I threw it on the car charger on the way home. I never had to do that before.
