First off is an upgrade to the X600, the X650. Featuring the same compact design but adding lightly bumped specs (500MHz processor, AF Camera) a VGA screen and FM transmitter, the X650 looks set to be a real winner for those who want a VGA equipped device (who doesn't?), but also want a compact size. 3G is forfeited, but the X650's bigger brother, the X800, fills that niche. Secondly comes the V900, courtesy of Engadget Mobile. The V900 is set to be unveiled at the GSM World Congress in Barcelona next monthly (formerly known as 3GSM), and we'll be there to get the scoop for ya :) The V900 is the first in a new line of devices from Eten, packing the features they've become known for (such as radio, GPS etc.) but adding a multi format TV tuner (DVB-H, DVB-T, T-DMB) and DAB radio. The design of the handset features a flat bezel, the first on an Eten phone I believe, and there's definitely more than a hint of HTC Touch about it, no? Update: Looks like the Eten Club Russia has leaked a few specs for the V900! P [/teaser] E-TEN Information Systems has announced the Glofiish X650, the company's latest Pocket PC Phone to offer the benefits of all-in-one connectivity, VGA display, and an ultra-compact form factor. E-TEN first introduced the option for a VGA display in May 2007 and since then has added several more models to its product lineup aimed at different customer needs. The latest X650 is designed to appeal to those seeking a compact, full-featured device that is also affordable. A VGA display offers several significant benefits to the user. The greater resolution (four times higher than that of a typical Pocket PC Phone) enables a larger proportion of a document, calendar, map, or web page etc. to be displayed on screen at once, increasing productivity. Additionally, the higher pixel density means that text appears sharper and easier to read while pictures and video appear more detailed. VGA is set to become one of the key specifications for Pocket PC Phones in the coming year. The Glofiish X650 features E-TEN's all-in-one connectivity solution comprising of worldwide GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. The device all comes preloaded with E-TENs exclusive software suite including Mobile Shell, Namecard Manager and Backup Utility as well as Microsoft Office Mobile, Windows Live and other utilities. Specifications of the X650 include a Samsung SC3 processor at 500Mz, 256MB ROM, 2-megapixel auto-focus camera, FM Tuner, and FM Transmitter (subject to region). Dimensions of the handset are an ultra-compact 107 x 58 x 14.7mm with a weight of just 136g. The Glofiish X650 is offered in two color choices, black and purple.
