O2 refuse to supply HSDPA

Confirmed - 3G HSDPA on PAYG on O2 is Capped at 128k.

I emailed O2 tech support to find out if the 3G speed was capped on O2 PAYG and the email I got back confirmed that O2 are still maintaining a CAP for PAYG customers?

Only contract customers on O2 will get the full HSDPA and 3G speeds."

So T-mobile still beat O2 on PAYG HSDPA speeds!
