Guest DJ PeEsH Posted February 19, 2008 Report Share Posted February 19, 2008 Hi everyone. I've had a VOX for 3 months. Of late, my phone has started to act funny. When I put the phone in my pocket with the keyoad locked (or unlocked), the display doesnt come on when i pull it out of my pocket (i know its on because the network status light flashes, but no one can get thru to me) or it restarts on its own. If i leave it on my table no such problem occurs so it is something to do with the keys getting pressed in my pocket that causes the phone to hang. the service centre is really far away so if i can find a solution here i'll be much obliged. ps its still under warranty... and htc india sucks bigtime. Guest DJ PeEsH Posted February 22, 2008 Report Share Posted February 22, 2008 Found a way out... after a month of absolutely no response from htc india i wrote to peter chou, the htc global ceo.... less than 12 hours later im sitting with a new vox trying to restore my phonebook and messages... i dont know why it took a nasty email to the ceo for them to be spurred into action but its finally fixed..
