Guest johnyysmith
Could anyone give this noob a bit of advice about which option should be chosen when installing programs - if the programs dont give the advice themselves I have a feeling this is related to memory, and to date I have not got to grips with what amount of memory should remain unallocated in order to get the best performance. Guest Paul (MVP)
I install to Storage Card except when it's a stay-resident app such as a homescreen plugin... That's just me tho :D P
Guest jimbouk
what he said... Unless its something like a today screen plug in, I always install to storage card. I have run a few tests on speed and putting things like copilot on the card doesnt seem to have any impact on their running.
Guest shootydogthing
Also: if it starts when the phone comes on then put it in the phone memory, cos the card can take some time to initialize
Guest shuurajou
I'm fairly confused on the Java side of things. Seems to be no choice if it goes to storage card or device memory.
