HTC Kaiser VPN Problem

Hi all,

Over the past few weeks, i have been recieving VPN authentication prompts at random while ive been out and about. I'm not sure why this is happening as the device should already have the credentials stored within the device. This is becoming a very annoying problem, which could really do with being sorting out soon, before i throw this device out a window :D

The devices are configured to use L2TP/IPSEC VPN using a pre-shared key. The VPN end-point is a Cisco ASA 5540. I have the same problem on all VPN support APN's that i try.

I am 100% sure that this isnt down to a misconfiguration on the Cisco ASA.

Any thoughts on what this could be? Any help would be appreciated greatly
