Nodata fails

I was wondering if i was the only one who finds data connections have started despite Nodata being installed and Internet and GPRS being toggled off.

Using orange standard ROM etc.

Apptodate has updated me to the latest version

If any1 has encountered this problem how can i fix it before i run up a nice big bill
