or for those of us who don't want to spend ridiculous amounts of money i reccoment smart2go. sadly nokia have now decided that they don't care about us windows mobile users, but it's still a very good piece of software and you only have to pay if you want directions to somewhere.

or if you are a walker, try memory map - you do have to pay (quite considerably) for it, but it really is excellent. it basically does the job of a standalone gps with ordnance survey maps
