SPH-M6200 (i600) - phone digits remapping?

The phone digits on my korean M6200 (i600 compatible) are in a different position than on the i600. After flashing WM6.1 (EU) on the phone everything works great, except the phone digits are now in place where the i600 has them.

i600: QW112233OP

M6200: Q123TYUIOP

I have tried every possible remapping method I found on the net. Neither playing with the T9 mappings nor other registry changes seemed to have any effect. I even patched around in Samsung_I600_Layout.dll where there is some recognizable text that seems to describe the QW112233OP effect. I changed it so the 1 would hopefully match a W, but I it did not have any recognizable result. (Actually, I changed the file, then copied it to the phone and edited the registry entry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Layouts\e0010409] -> "Layout File" to point to the new file.)

Funnily, when dumping the original registry on the WM5 M6200/M620 there is nothing special configured it seems that I could copy.

Playing with the scan program found with AEKMap shows that the scancode of the keys matches QW112233OP. So the middle keys actually send 1 2 and 3 and not the characters.

Maybe someone can shed some light on that issue. I can live with it but having the phone digits at the right position would be much better.
