Guest chucky.egg
I'm considering getting a Vodafone branded Tytn II (Kaiser, v1615 etc etc) I seem to remember people saying that one of the operators made a right mess of "branding" their devices. It was probably Orange, but I don't know. I just want to check whether a Vodafone branded one is going to "need" to be re-flashed with the HTC ROM. Guest Paul (MVP)
The Vodafone one isn't bad at all. Quite subtle. P
Guest hotphil
I had the 6.0 v1615 and my colleague now has the 6.1 v1615. The branding is far less intrusive than the Orange stuff. I'm not sure on their choice of default colour scheme though, not to my taste. You can of course stop all the customisations being applied by pulling the battery out on first startup as it starts to say "Installing cusomisations" (or similar). Guest chucky.egg
Thanks for the quick responses. My Touch is dying fast so need a replacement. Looks like I've found one. Before I buy though, does anyone know of a better deal than £300 SIM-free?
Guest Paul (MVP)
Unlikely, that's a good deal! P
