Guest Confucious Posted June 23, 2008 Report Posted June 23, 2008 Can you integrate this with all your apps? So if an American installs any of them he suddenly gets gets to learn English?
Guest jchamier Posted June 25, 2008 Report Posted June 25, 2008 Found another to fix, 'Synchronize' in Activesync :D Ahh, but the OED says that -ize is an "olde englishe" derivative. Yes, our US cousins seem to use it more than we do, but the OED is the master of all things English (UK). (how to annoy a US citizen, try to explain they don't speak english, but American, they hate that).
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted June 25, 2008 Report Posted June 25, 2008 I'll replace 'Synchronize' with 'Get ma stuff' yeah? :D P
Guest m@... Posted June 30, 2008 Report Posted June 30, 2008 This killed my x1 when I put it onto landscape... :D
Guest mkhattab Posted July 25, 2008 Report Posted July 25, 2008 :D P Is this still on? :D Can you set your CAB to automatically change the Regional Settings to "English (United Kingdom)"? That is usually the first thing I do- mainly to get the 24-hour clock and it would be brilliant to get proper English along with it on my Diamond everytime I flash
