Vario 3 Replacement Parts

Hey All

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for replacement parts for my Vario 3. I need a replacement speaker, mine went crackly and now very low speaker volume, the vibrating is louder :(

I dont want to send my phone back to T Mobile as i need it every day. I do have a Vario 2 as well, but it wiped my old memory card and i dont want to buy a new one to see if it wipes that one too (not risking current memory card either). I took both phones to bits, thinking i could just swap speakers, but they have different connections :D

So doea anyone know where i can get hold of a new speaker?

You might have better luck with ebay as that's where you usually find all parts from.
