Someone from Voda was interviewed on the Today program this morning and the interviewer said "Data, that's not just text messages is it?"....

Have I read that right

But Vodafone shed 27,000 customers during the quarter. Its total UK customer base now stands at 18,537

They lost 27K and now have 18.5K customers?

Isn't that rather a lot to lose? or is the churn ate that high?
