Guest tim1979 Posted October 22, 2008 Report Posted October 22, 2008 Ive just tried S2U2 - 1.32 and its working fine. Only thing that having issue is the call ID and appointment. I have set a single appointment on the calendar and the lock screen on s2u2 display 2 appointment instead. anyone facing the same issue
Guest samjuan Posted October 22, 2008 Report Posted October 22, 2008 latest version working fine here as well, must play around with the settings to get it 100% one issue though, sometimes you will have to swipe twice to unlock, not always though...
Guest jinx_uk_98 Posted October 24, 2008 Report Posted October 24, 2008 can this be used with Spb Mobile Shell?? If so how do I bring it to the front?
Guest nicekate Posted October 24, 2008 Report Posted October 24, 2008 It's gorgeous. A couple of comments there (sorry, I'm a newbie, in case these questions seem silly) Only thing I've noticed is that the touch player (with a bluetooth headphone) skips since I installed the S2U2. I'm going to try to install the S2P to see if that solves the problem. Another thing, when I answer the phone with the S2U2, I immediately revert to the old (internal?) interface, where I have to press the mouse button twice to select the keypad on the left and THEN I can press 2 to delete a message (for example). This is inconvenient. I wish it didn't go straight to this semi-sleep mode so I can listen to the message instead of fumbling to find the keypad. The end result is that I either fail to listen to my messages or fail to erase them, I can't get it right unless using the headset. Anyone perhaps have any tips to offer? Great web ressource. I'm happy I found you guys, altough I am not a techie, there's probably lots of stuff I can use here.

Hi I've gone back to 1.18 QVGA and it works 100% as i found later versions didn't have slide BGM volume and it didn't seem as slick as the older version, I'm with voda and this has also sorted out the auto answer. To above their is a cab file to disable the key lock double press on this site some where it's worked for mine
Guest Mig-L - Bell Posted October 24, 2008 Report Posted October 24, 2008 I'm running S2U2 1.32 and everything works great...
Guest Michael122w Posted October 25, 2008 Report Posted October 25, 2008 Hello all, Quick related question (more pertaining to S2U2 per se, but maybe some Omnia issues?): I got it installed, but for some reason I cannot get S2U2 to switch to vibrate/silent (like in the S2U2 screen dumps in the announcing thread on xda-devels and other sites). Does that require a special plugin ? Can that be done for Omnia i.e. is there any way to switch to Vibrate / Silent via S2U2. Currently using v1.22 if that's any help. TIA, Florian Hi Florian, The volume controller should work fine on the omnia. But to get it working you will need to turn off the "Don't Use Keyboard Hook" in the last set of options (Advanced Options). Once you have turned it off the volume should work (you might need to close iLock and restart it. Cheers, Michael

Guest Quist09 Posted October 25, 2008 Report Posted October 25, 2008 A few months ago I had v 1.22 installed and had some problems with email notifications being silent. I cannot miss an email so I have mine set to vibrate, ring, flash and shout glory, glory, halleluya YOU HAVE A FREAKIN EMAIL, DOPE! On 1.22, my phone said "..." or maybe the on/off button flashed politely, but I had to keep looking at the phone, which defeated the purpose of having S2U2. Can anybody confirm that email or sms notifications get through the way they set them up?

Guest the-jackal Posted October 28, 2008 Report Posted October 28, 2008 Can I turn off the screen rotation when this kicks in. My phone locks but when in my pocket and sat at my desk it rotates to landscape. Then when I want to unlock it it wont rotate back. I think its to do with the password unlock. S2u2 rotates still but I want my phone to stay in portrait once this is active.

The following mortscript will keep it in portrait: If(question("Control rotation?","UnRotate","OkCancel")=1) endif while( 1 ) If ( wndActive( "S2U2" )) RegWriteDWord ( "HKCU", "ControlPanel\MotionSensor", "AutoOrientation",o ) Rotate(0) EndIf Sleep( 1000 ) endwhile[/codebox]
