Guest dsilver.us Posted August 22, 2008 Report Share Posted August 22, 2008 This ap (www.gpstuner.com) for "offroad gps" for hiking, geocaching etc. has gotten some decent reviews but couldn't find anything on it in the i617 forum. Looks like you can make and calibrate your own maps from jpegs. I'm guessing this would be a gps ap that require opening COM 4, but it might be worth the hassle... Anyone tried it? The offroad part and being able to make/calibrate your own maps from jpegs is what caught my eye. Although I think you can also do this with gpsVP? GPS Tuner did support WinMo smartphones in an earlier version, but the current version does not--only WinMo Pro/Pocket PC/whatever other terms MS has thrown out there to make this more confusing than it has any right to be Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
