Guest iTnkD4iAm Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 please check the back heat issue like it happened before on DXHI3 when you access GPS or using 3,5G/3G/Gprs,etc. do you still experience the same thing on DXHJ1? would be great if you can confirm... thx before. Cheers! That would be a bit subjective and may or may not have something to do with the applications installed. I usually use the fm radio and watch videos and I have that issue w/ all the firmware versions I've used. It was probably more pronounced w/ HI2 - I say "probably" because I'm not monitoring exactly how hot the phone/audio jack is with any of the versions
Guest lazylilsnoop Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 hmm i've been flashing my omnia very often. i was wondering is there any file i can keep to prevent my game profile get deleted? example astraware casino
Guest mynullvoid Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 I am having problem in using the Phonebook on my Omnia, it is very hard to search for certain contact using the keyboard and the navigation also sucks; Therefore I install SPB Mobile Shell, but the problem is that when I select a contact it show default WM6 contact details not in Omnia form; my question is that, are there anyway to manage our contact and can I get my contact detail shown in Omnia's form instead of the default WM6?
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 Screen DOES seem more sensitive, which is good! No real obvious changes... P

Guest panaros Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 i think that phone reception is poor, relative to HI3 rom
Guest gillestuur Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 (edited) The HI3 reception was less god then the (dutch)HH1 rom. Hope this cant be worse  I am having problem in using the Phonebook on my Omnia, it is very hard to search for certain contact using the keyboard and the navigation also sucks; Therefore I install SPB Mobile Shell, but the problem is that when I select a contact it show default WM6 contact details not in Omnia form; my question is that, are there anyway to manage our contact and can I get my contact detail shown in Omnia's form instead of the default WM6? copy your contacts to your phone, Then set 'show phone contacts only' or download the Hide_Sim_Conacts.cab or something. this has nothing to do with new roms? Guest snoopy-doopy Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 Hi has the bluetooth bug be gone ( screen turn on when conected to bluetooth handsfree ) ????
Guest 1Mack Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 Man I finished installing all my apps  and 2 things I noticed and really like were that my weather app and my gps utilities app connect much faster. Also like reported by others the touch sensitivity is more sensitive.

All I can is I listen to the radio/mp3 for hours and my unit can get quite hot regardless of the firmware version I'm using. Edited October 14, 2008 by iTnkD4iAm
Guest spectral77 Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 still find the latest HJ1 touch screen still not as sensitive as my gf's HH3 rom, wondering if it is the problem with the phone itself. i did a test on both set and hers i could just lightly touch to but mine have to put in a bit more pressure.
Guest gavinfabl Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 Any new apps apart from the scientific cal now back in the rom.
Guest Yunabeco Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 DX roms are English only, right?
Guest iiiKaori Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 Is there any Japanese input for i900? I'm using CE Star but it always hang the device, please help!
Guest ptrbee Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 Any new apps apart from the scientific cal now back in the rom. Not far as I can tell, no new widgets either. Seems a bit quicker though & i think the touch is a bit more sensitive. ptrbee
