how to Disable TAPI notification's reaching to dialer (cprog.exe)

Hi All,

how could i disable the phone notification from reaching the default dialer application(Cprog.exe). i want to customize using phcanvas and handle all the state transitions myself.

it would be of great help if you guys can help me out here.
