Stupid Myfavs Question

I am using the default 6.0 Neo Rom, and am having a small problem hiding the myfaves icons, I have been playing around with the phone trying the 6.1 roms, but have gone back to the default t-mobile one. I had it so that the icons wuold slide off the screen and would only come back if you clicked on the myfaves icon, but now they are staying there all the time. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
