hey i just installed igo and i have a question when i open the program up it says needs original sd card does this mean the i have to keep the sd card in all the time ?

You have to edit the sys.txt file

[folders]

app="My Storage/Program Files/iGO8"

Or wherever you have installed it.

Happened to me.

You have probably changed the language files before launching it for the first time.

Reinstall it and make sure it loads and gets a lock before changing anything. Then copy over what language files you need, relaunch program and then change to languague you want.

Then all should be good. Then you can probably get rid of the files you don't require.

The other thing I discovered this time around was that you should remove the 2557 install folder after its up and running before doing any patching.

Otherwise the patch doesn't take properly.
