I just knew you would be treating us with some new "ROM JOY" pretty soon because you have been laying

low, out of sight, working on the next best greatest Rom for our Omnia's. I check this site out 2-3 times a

day looking for a clue to when M2D04 will be coming out and you just made my weekend!! My family is away

for the weekend and I am soooooooo addicted to flashing, so your timing is just perfect. Thank you for

supporting my addiction........you are the man! One more thing............my wife is a bit jelious of you. I

know this sounds a little sick and maybe somewhat twisted but I have the bug and you have given it to me

because of your superior ROMS. I've been married for 25 years and my wife is glad that I'm spending time with

your ROMs on my computer rather then looking at that sick crap that a lot of other guys look at on their

computers. I guess that's why I have been able to stay married for these past 25 years!

Think there are apps out there which can change your softkeys, not too sure mate, google might help B)

Passoa, phew, I thought you had disappeared!

Well, I have to say, I know which takes priority so put the wedding to one side so put the ROM to one side and make sure you put some quality hours into arranging your special day! B)

Passoa you ROCK!, Freaking nice ROM you cooked there and I am loving it!..

I also started using the omnia as a MP3 Player. (Have not used the option before your rom so I cant see the diffrence) But the battery life when listening to MP3 is so low. I think I used it in a total of 3 hours and my phone was done. The phone gets also very hot when using the mp3 player. I dont know if it has something to do with the ROM or this is just a normal case for the omnia.

I also disabled 3G to get more battery life. But it doesn't help alot when using the mp3player.

Could anyone confirm this or have a sollution? Because I realy would love to listen to music a little longer B)

Yea after giving up on igo8 because it only starts up when it feels like it and takes forever to lock on to sat's since upgrading to this rom i decided to give Garmin xt a try... Starts up fine everytime and the features look alot better than IGO8 but im still having the problem with getting sat signal it takes 10-20 mins sometimes...

I can confirm that listening to MP3 is drain the batery also i'm using BT and this which additionaly impacting batery life.

i have hope that next samsung rom will be better.

I usually finish the day with 50%

No 3g

1.5 hours of music

taking several pictures

sending about 10 SMS's/MMs

Receiving many

Connecting to wifi to download my mail (this is what really drains the battery)

and writing about 5 emails.

If I watch an hour of a movie or something I'll finish theday with about 10%.

I love this rom! B)

What I like in this ROM is the battery life. Yesterday, I browsed the net for 10 minutes, shooting video for 6 minutes, listening to MP3 (4 tracks), weather update and I ended up with 55% battery free. This is the best ROM I had so far.

I'm performing some final tests for M2D04 so it should be up by tomorrow, initial tests are good, seems faster and there's a new A-GPS program which should address issues for those having problems with satellite locks.

so just to know.. the only diffrent between DTHJ9/M2D03 to M2D04 it's that it will be more faster and this AGPS fixing? (i didn't had any problems with satellite locks..)

well.... after a week of playing with this ROM M2D03, i can say that i truly love it! Only bug i found is that after video recording, the file unable to read!

A few poor things that i find is:

that, if you are on people tab and a contact is tapped, it wil open WM Contacts. I'd preffered Samsung's Phonebook cause it more beautiful and logical if we see Phonebook to apear when All People is tapped.

It wil be nicer i think, to have Silverinbox to be the default for the whole Messages and Mail tab. As Silverinbox is more thumb friendlier.

If there is a solution, i wil like to hear it, please i have been reading through almost all posts but could'nt find a solution.

If there isn't... then really, really, really hope that Passoa wil change this in M2D04.
