T-mobile Wing's blacklight and the phone do not turn off by themselves...

Hi, guys.

I wonder what kind of problem my T-Mobile Wing is carrying.

Its blacklight and phone itself do not turn off as time set in the power and backlight settings.

Also I have have to press the power button many times until the screen is finally off.

Please let me know the solution.
