The only change is the background image (easy in manilla 2d to do) and the clock. The clock is the Tourbillon Clock by Taninpv that can be found here ;-) A

I don't like the 'iphone killer' text background (well the background itself is not so bad, just don't like it with the text) but I use it with the older vista background which looks great, here both the old (analog clock disabled) en new one...
