Guest Rauliki Posted May 18, 2010 Report Posted May 18, 2010 I tried DXIF1 and it's working with some problems , especially calls (low signal level) and internet 3g connection (stop loading pages, I must refresh). Battery is better.
Guest leroyjacobs Posted May 18, 2010 Report Posted May 18, 2010 I tried DXIF1 and it's working with some problems , especially calls (low signal level) and internet 3g connection (stop loading pages, I must refresh). Battery is better. Been using DXIF1 for about a week now and although I have no low signal level, signal seems good and fast GPS lock, I do have to refresh pages with 3G connection as the page does stop loading from time to time, overall reasonably happy with this radio, thanks for the heads up guys. :)
Guest Mitry Posted May 20, 2010 Report Posted May 20, 2010 (edited) Hello All, I have problems with phone part flashing. I try to use UDSL GranPrix 1.64. When I switch my phone on GranPrix find it and switch to phone mode. But Windows XP or Windows 7 can't recognize device. Usually I have "Unknown USB device". But I flashed my phone using i900JIIA1 exe ROM. But when I try to flash DXIF1 with DXIF1_EXE (BTK) I had the same problems. Corresponding drivers are installed. Can anybody help me to resolve that situation? Thank you! Edited May 20, 2010 by Mitry

Guest Jumba Posted May 20, 2010 Report Posted May 20, 2010 Τotaly agree, mate! Best radio around, now. Question: Is this a new phone bin? A quick google search shows it was released in 2009. Or am I mistaken?
Guest andrew.mazlim Posted May 20, 2010 Report Posted May 20, 2010 Question: Is this a new phone bin? A quick google search shows it was released in 2009. Or am I mistaken? Don't really know, never care if a phone is new or not; only if is doing the job well! And this one, from all I tested, is the best for me.

You will lose nothing

Becouse i corrently have dxhl3 and ock premium rom and i want to update to that phone part which seems to be really good. A rom is combination of pda (OS software) and phone (signal software). There are roms with BOTH of them and roms without the phone part; you can change whatever phone you like, as much as you're doing it with roms. As the bro above said, you don't "touching" anything from your Windows, if you flash another phone over and over again.
Guest maboo23 Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 i noticed using DXIF1, there is no much heat on the phone. However, wifi seems slow compared to using PUJA1
Guest muhd Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Hello everyone new here..i have a question, forgive me if it is a silly question, but i am really new in this... few days before, i had download two files to upgrade my firmware to DXIF1... one is *****.exe , and another one is ******.bin.. i had moved to DXIF1 by flashing it with the .exe file, but what do i have to do with the .bin file..?how to use it?? and, i was using the JN's rom, and firmware of DXIF1, the battery drain damnly fast...i charge to 100% at 7am, and at 3pm,my battery is at 30%... the signal is soo low,i just received two bars of signal, before i was using DXIA2 and DXIA5, the signal was far better,i received full bar almost anywhere, and my battery will last for two days... while for call, DXIF1 call is so poor in quality, i can hardly hear a thing, it is better in DXIA2 and DXIA5,just for DXIA2,it have a noisy background... for me,i had use DXIA2,DXIA5,DXIF1..i would refer DXIA5...because, i just dont get anything that youguys are talking about DXIF1...

Guest Maliasbaggio Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 Hello everybody, I am currently using the DXIF1 for almost a week before i had DXID1, XBIC1, PUJA1 I did not experienced any major issues with Wifi, GPS or Phone calls generally speaking. Battery was my main issue which in DXID1 lasted almost two days, XBIC almost one day and a half, PUJA1 one day and something (less than XBIC) and now DXIF1 which lasts almost THREE days!! Of course if i use my Igo the battery drains instantly.. but for the rest like sms, photos, music, phone calls WiFi etc..its on my daily usage. I am using OCK's win6.5 rom, DXID1 GPS ok. Call quality ok ( a bit less than in XBIC) Wifi ok 3G ok. Battery drains in aprox. 50 hours XBIC1 GPS ok. Call quality ok ( a bit less than in PUJA1) Wifi ok 3G ok. Battery drains in aprox. 35 hours PUJA1 True that GPS connect's abit faster. Call quality ok (i could even answer my phone in the elevator which with others i had no signal) Wifi a bit faster 3G ok. Battery drains in aprox. 30 hours DXIF1 GPS ok. Call quality ok ( a bit worse than in XBIC1) Wifi ok 3G ok. Battery drains in aprox. 69 hours So i will stick to DXIF1. Anyway, just personal experience.
