[UPDATED 16-11] Dr.DoT 1.0 SOE (FIXED)

Hey shokka9,

I've flashed this rom and installed M2D and Opera (among other things), but the M2D Internet widget doesn't seem to want to work for me. Looks good and all, but when I push a button nothing happens. I've got the version of Opera listed above installed (downloaded from the site of the xxxholic cook).

Do you have any similar problems?

FIXED: Not an ideal fix, but I copied everything from Program Files\Opera9\ to the Windows directory. Ate up a good bit of my device storage, but it worked and on this rom there's device storage to spare.

Thats why i like slimmed ROMS, so gives opportunity to things like this and still have memory left, tegic keypad looks good.

I agree with you too, a lot of times it feels as if the connection to an internal or added memory card adds an additional possible link of failure.

Otherwise, very happy with this rom. No issues beyond the M2D issue as yet, but I've only had it for less than a day.

@ Quist09, no probs for reply. I had few issues at first, but you could do same thing 10 times, and get different issues every time. You generally should get it working in the end, or beginning, depends what mood your Omnia is in.

Some screen shots, of mine, my weather icon is fixed now, strange as was ok yesterday. Hd to amend the xml for weatherpos in HTCHomeSettings.xml. See.

Where is HK ROM with customisations? I need a fix, i know chefs busy (with that and life in general) so i wont go on about it.

Ok guys i have the following issue with dr.dot's ROM. When i connect to the internet via wifi and sign in with msn messenger after 15 minutes my omnia is unable to wake up and i have to soft reset. I had the same problem before with LTE02. Does anyone else have similar issues???

Sorry man no success flashing to M2D04 B) B) B) . Because I would never switch from Dr Dots ROM!!!!! B) . Seriously man it should be no problem. Just do a hard reset before you flash and after you flash the new ROM. B)

I think I have most of the latest items such as the new Black theme. But my phone version says J1. How do I get the K1 radio?

You need a kitchen to break the ROM apart and then flash the phone part with grand prix. Very dangerous but worth it if you know how

Dr. Dot, I've got to say, your rom is the best I've seen to date, but I'm addicted to the latest trends and would like to have the new A-GPS software in DXHK1 or 2.

I was using your latest for quite some time and enjoyed the fact that I could install both M2D and Samsung Today 2 on the same device and still have enough space for my massive amount of emails and attachments. Now I'm on Passoa's 4th version, but have to keep erasing things to keep a minimum of storage space on device memory.

Just wanted to encourage you to keep the updates coming. Doing great work!

I was able to find a phone K1 bin file and loaded it with GrandPrix. But now the phone screen has "funny" numbers on the dial pad (small 1 and 2, etc.). Is there a way to get the other Samsung phone skin that has the font with all the numbers the same?

ive been using this rom for a while now and im very happy about it.. the memory is great and after all my apps i still have around 60 mb over. really nice dr. dot.. also it responds really good. If there are newer versions i can only hope that you will do something with that to since a i really liked your work. Ive tried all the other roms but your version is the one for me (sofar) B)
