Do mention that when you need data you use a competitors sim - as you find Orange data plans too expensive/confusing - worked for me.

well I'm expecting my Touch HD tomorrow pm, and heres the deal:

Handset cost me £50

But My Service Plan:

750 xnet Anytime Mins Unlim Texts 1000MB Anytime Internet Orange Care £37p/m

I have this due to being a long serving customer I think though.
