Active Sync 4.5 synchronisation of Phone to Desk Top

Dear All

I need yr help.

Each time I connect my lap to the phone and try to sync the two, I get a window popping out telling me to turn off all programs for either the phone or lap top. Which I dont have any running.

My lap is Windows Home Edition XP Service Pack 3 and my Mobile is i900DXHH3 firmware.

Is my firmware also the latest?

The only thing I can tell you is that your FW is quite old... you can easily find more recent ROM's in this forum or in Samsung official site... Hope this will help

i don't think its a firmware problem. can u post a screenshot of the error window?. i'd say its something other. it might even be a crappy spyware or trojan.

Managed to sync my phone to my lap. Could anyone advise if I have the latest firmware and if not where and which firwmare do I download.
