Each time I connect my lap to the phone and try to sync the two, I get a window popping out telling me to turn off all programs for either the phone or lap top. Which I dont have any running. Tks The only thing I can tell you is that your FW is quite old... you can easily find more recent ROM's in this forum or in Samsung official site... Hi ExtremeMac Managed to sync my phone to my lap. Could anyone advise if I have the latest firmware and if not where and which firwmare do I download.
