I have a SPV M3100 (orange) WM5 and for some reason, when people call me, it now plays the Doctor Who theme to them as they wait for an answer. Quite how it got there is anyones guess, it wasn't there a couple of months ago! Anyway, anyone know how I get rid of it? I'm hoping its a simple solution, but somehow i have a feeling it won't be! From your device I'm assuming you're on Orange. Just give customer services a call and ask them to disable it (i think it's called something like "calling tunes"? might be making that up though!)
