If it's only an exe file you downloaded you need to plug in your phone on an XP machine, run the .exe and follow the instructions on your screen. Turn off phone, turn it back on, press start and wait. I really recommend you not to flash M2D04 if it's the first time your flashing, cause if something goes wrong; you void your warranty. Try an official samsung rom first and learn... P.S: yes, your phone will change to English if the language of M2D04 is in English, which I assume it is.
