It connects fast enough but the actual tracking is not as smooth as it was before. Anyone any ideas, the baud rate is 3600 but i cant see where to change it.

I use iGo8 and didn't notice the problem you describe. Boud rate is selectable in iGo GPS connectoin settings.

EDIT: Just found that typing using Samsung Keyboard does not work in this version - you have to switch to other keyboard in order to make it work. Edited February 7, 2009 by qbus

I already changed in Settings->Sound & Notifications and it still never shows up when SMS arrives. :) Many thanks in advance and sorry for my bad English . . . Guest frogue Posted February 9, 2009 Report Posted February 9, 2009 Hi QBUS, Thanks for your Great Rom QB05 clean!! :D Clean rom but included the essential applications especially HTC task manager and i find it very responsive too. I have been using it for days and the slight flaw i notice till now is just that the "all programs" tab dun works(which i think may have been manila2d 19b problem itself or i may be wrong :) ) other than that its near perfect.

My intension was to leave whole basic functionality so if this is true I'll fix that in next version. Hi Qbus, First, thanks a lot for the great ROMs you did. I used your clean QB04 version, but I installed back the widgets. This ROM is really great, and I really love it - battery power has been fantastically extended, and memory space freed as claimed. I just have noticed 3 issues on my personal experience with applications I normally use. 1. Bluetooth issue as above. I can't receive data from other devices, but can send them. Looks like the other devices can't bond with my Omnia now. 2. Am also using A_C S2U2, ver. 1.42. Problem is when my phone is unlocked and wakes up with several SMS, I can't access messaging anymore. The messaging program freezes, and I have to reboot my phone to open messaging again. 3. I also noticed that the manual iphone-like finger 'zoomer' on photos and images is no longer there, replaced by a (+), (-) for zooming. I would appreciate to hear feedbacks from you on these issues. Could you describe the problem in details (how many sms are you receiving, after how many of them trying to read them etc etc). I'll try to reproduce the problem on my device also :).

I know... however, it seems like Windows Mobile prefers the ROM version of the file? I was playing with the HTMHomesettings.xml yesterday, but none of the changes I applied were displayed. However, as soon as I installed Manilla2D on a clean ROM, I definitely saw the changes in the Home tab I had in mind? Ah well, maybe I did something wrong :)

Problem solved, Igo was caching the contacts thats why it was slow, though nit sure what cacheing the contacts does though. Nowsmoother than ever

On 1., I will wait for your feedback before switching to your ver.5 ( though ultimately, I will still go for it!!). Second device - Sony Ericsson K770i. Entered File Manager in SE, choosed one of ringtones, selected "Send via bluetooth", the dialog on Omnia appeared if I want to receive file. I've pressed 'Accept' and the file has been transfered and put to \My Documents folder.
