First update to DXHK3 from original samsung site or Secany's thread.

Then you can update to any cooked rom.

The touch responsiveness is improved on latest builds.

Please read the instructions on 1st page for flashing.

OHh, I thought MSHJ1 was the latest, i was clearly wrong. :)

I flashed my phone with your rom anyway when i was at work yesterday.

I have to say its great.

I have had no real issues with it and it has improved the phone so much.

The repositories are great too!

Thank you my friend. Please check also if the Bluetooth works for you. If not need to update again the firmware to fix the drivers.

Anyway worked for me though i have checked it before releasing.

Although, I have found out that i send and receive emails.

It says the settings are incorrect, when my WAP and MMS is working fine.

Any clues?

I'm still using version "a" of your rom and almost everything works great.

I have 2 question ....maybe a noob ones.... but hope I'll find the answers:

1. How can I cange my shell background with one that I want? Now I'm using a themes pack from imarche.com or whatever is the site name an i love it all (icons, buttons, clocks etc) excepts their backgrounds.

2. I don't know with witch settings I played with but right now my weather tab display is show as in screenshot an I want my old spb style back. Any ideas?

Connection Problem ..

cant go online anymore, it doesnt recognize any GPRS networks .. anyone has the same problem ? :)

besides that, its the BEST ROM I'VE EVER TRIED !!! SUPERB JOB !!! spb shell really makes the difference !!!

Go to Connection/Operator Settings option in Control panel select other operator then yours, accept it then enter the option again and change operator to yours.

It is also advised to choose automatic option in Browser Connection Settings.

Ok, I have solved this myself,

Just incase anyone has a similar problem i went to

Settings > Connections > Advanced tab (bottom) > Select Network and changed both to My Internet.

Still can't get over how fast the rom is.

I had SPB installed before and it was a slug of a program!

Is there anychance of a sneak pick as to what will be into the new rom?

Just one question, in post # 1 you said , run the modem, then re-boot the pc.

Would not rebooting the pc , remove the modem driver ?

Otherwise we do it only once for the pc itself no matter how many times we used / rebooted the pc .

well it's up to you. i just want to make sure that everything is ok before flashing. when u install drivers it is advised to reboot the pc.

Yes u can. It is normal SPB Mobile Shell.

Im not so expert on themes for SPB please if someone else knows can answer that.

Im sure if u google for spb themes there will be a lot and tutorials on how to do it.

One question, I dont seem to be able to update the SPB Weather Data when I am connected via Activesync-USB-to my Laptop. However, if I try to update it when I am not connected to Activesync via USB. It can update properly through GPRS. 

Do you have any advise what I can check? Thanks.

Try to end partnership and make a new one. If you are using vista i noticed that the system should be fully updated to work. Some hotfixes from MS are responsible for that.

Maybe on xp also.

i got tis problem,when i install the rom,it could not open port and fail to install,i got to hard reset and it came out a phone logo with ! mark.i still manage to start it but i try reflash it again,same thing happen.i need help and guidance.my version is PDA : i900DXIA2DZIA1,PHONE :i900DXHK3

i dont think it said version is the latest. you can flash with any previous rom official or not.

please try again... there must be a conflict with samsung drivers as it cannot open USB port.

try uninstalling drivers and installing again.

use windows xp sp3 preferred.

Any chance of getting a cab of the "Samsung Phonepad" from your latest rom?

It appears to be much more responsive that the previous cream one...

Sector: Thanks a lot!. It work fine now. One last question to you. Any idea where can I get the CAB solely for MSN Messenger to work on the Omnia? I dont need the rest of the apps like Hotmail etc. Or must I install the entire Microsoft Live Package?

It's the most stable rom which I've ever used. But I have a little problem. I want to use Java applications with this rom, but I can't. Can anybody explain something about installing java with this rom or give any link about installing Java. Thanks a lot.
