Guest rekall Posted January 19, 2009 Report Share Posted January 19, 2009 On my last cooked SPV C600 when you received a text message the phone continually repeated the vibration and sound until you viewed the text message or reminder. With my new Samsung i200 this does not happen. You get the initial beep and vibrate then nothing else. You have to either be a) near the phone when it tells you or :) check the homescreen for any missed texts etc How can I turn on repeating reminders, text alerts etc? Text message alaerts are handled differently to other alerts which is why most people will only use short alert tones as long tones have to played through to the end and can not be stopped halfway unlike reminders and calls etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
