Just a question, you can assign the links of the hubs to what ever app you want ? and how ?

Yes you can, the theme give you the ability to create an invisible link over top of the graphic, this way you can link any of the button to what ever you want, in my image I just showed what each of mine link to. Read up on this thread It should help you get it up and running. MSkip provided some decent instructions to allow people to customize not only the links but even the images.

I used MSkip ProPlus Widets for the flip clock with weather and battery on my Lifestyle home screen. You can find it here in Post #3: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=566245

For the moon phase on the Lifestyle page and gloss black analog clock on my Professional page I used SPB Time: http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/pocketpc-software/time/

Here is how to build the flip clock:

You have to build it from several widgets.

1. You will need "Current Date" widget. Change its skin to Panel Medium (Grey2).

2. "Digital Clock" widget. Change its skin to Diamond White.

3. Three "Weather" widgets. Change first to ProPlus Standard (Small). Change second to ProPlus Info (Small). Change the third to Text Small (White).

4. Two "Battery" widgets. Change first to ProPlus Small. Change second to Text Small (White).

You will need to layer these to get the effect in the screen shot.

1. Place Panel Medium (Grey2) first.

2. Add Digital Clock next.

3. Add three Weather widgets next. You will need to overlap the Text Small (White) over the ProPlus Info (Small) widget to get it to line up correctly.

4. Add Battery ProPlus Small and overlap with the Battery Text Small (White).

5. I added two invisible widgets in the upper corners, one for the Wireless Manager and the other for Phone Profile.

You should be good to go. Here is a screen shot of the finished product and the build page.

What do you mean? The wallpaper or the HTC Home thing? Well I got the wallpaper from a huge pack of WQVGA themes, wich you can find here:

I always like HTC home, because it has something like Touchflo/Manilla/HTC Sence. But you can't change the background nice, and now you have some space left for other items you would like to use.
