Hi, where do you have solved the today key in the manila home? I have tested a 6.5 rom. I have tried this in the new rom, but without success. I have exported the reg-keys for the button. When i start the m2d_ctrl.exe, occurs an error "Aviso ...". At the start on the aviso.exe i see an white screen with yes an no.

Can you tell me please the secret for this?

You must have a SD (storage card) in your i900 phone.

If you don't have a SD, "i900_XXIB5_XXIB2_Vie11_XP.exe" mean that you want to upgrade a clean ROM :excl: .

I mean that you want the icons in taskbar as in Vie10 ROM?

Password for extract "i900_XXIB5_XXIB2_Vie11_XP.exe" ???

You can not extract the "i900_XXIB5_XXIB2_Vie11_XP.exe" file. Run it on WinXP to upgrade i900 ROM.

Thank you t2008 for your rom and hard work.

I have only one question. In the first page you posted 2 screen shots with manila 2D. In Vie11 manila touch flo is not present. Right?

Can you please provide a link with manila, manila customizer and your manila 2d theme?

Vie11 is a great rom. Good day.

I need the password because with RAR I saw XXIB5_ROM_XP has only 85MB !!!

The rar files are NOT protected by any password.

Unrar the file (new created "i900_XXIB5_XXIB2_Vie11_XP.exe" 144.052.167 bytes) with RAR and see what the password asks from you !!!

Hi t2008,

A rom like this just brings tears with joy to my eyes. Such an easy package, you should apply for a job at Samsung (as a teacher to all the programmers :excl: ). The first startup may be a shock to everyone though. But if they read your discription it will be fine. So if anyone is still wondering about missing M2D, Office not working or whatever. It is said that you must review/edit the .ini file before you do a hard reset. :excl:

Thanks a lot for this great rom, hope you can keep up the good work. :excl:

Hi t2008,

Can you please explain with more details what do you mean when writing "Before hard reset, review and edit Vie11.ini in Storage Card\exROM"?

I would like to know how to edit this Vie11.ini file before installing your great rom.

Another question, I'm living in Italy and would like to know if your phone part XXIB2 can work fine her in Italy (last italian firmware is XIIB3/XIIB2).

Many thanks.

I installed the rom yesterday and i confirm that everyting works just fine (including the new phone part) and i found out that the Vie11.ini file serves only for indicating the setup program which modules to install in case you want to make a hardreset and reinstall only the modules you want to.

The only litte bug i found until now is the error (foldederview.exe) when trying to tap the "All Programs" in the low left corner of the M2D Programs tab.

The ROM is very nice and includes a lot of handy utilities. Thanks a lot once again.

for παναγιωτης

The MS Office Mobile is non includede in this rom but if you realy need it you can find the installation cabs in this forum.

I need the password because if I unrar the file (i900_XXIB5_XXIB2_Vie11_XP.exe) the installing program for rom (i900_XXIB5_XP.exe) has just 85MB not 140MB as the big file contains the rest being useless and I don't have space for 140MB !!!

You need d/l all parts of RAR file before unrar.

Hi Master,

can enlighten on how this rom switch between M2D and SPB mobile shell? is it M2D running in the background or mobile shell running in the background.

How about the storage and ram master?

thanks!
