operator settings

Hello,

I bought my omnia from a company that imports them from singapore. and they are unbranded (at least this is what i think :) )

anyways, i can use any simcard from any operator in it, but the thing is that in the gprs settings and other data settings there is always the IDEAS and Singtel and M1hub or something as available operator settings. how can i remove those and insert the operators and settings that i frequently use ( since i have 2 different sim cards from different operators).

I am asking because the MMS and the GPRS settings are by default set to these operators.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
