Guest Posted January 31, 2009 Report Share Posted January 31, 2009 hi activesync is not picking up an internal ip address from a moto q, therefore can't sync. tried reinstalling, also on different pc's same problem. firewalls turned off no difference. it seems the the q is not generating an ip address. is there a way to manually set one, or any ideas as to why? internet browsing is not a problem, nor exploring the phone thru activesync, but no actual synching. it was working, but after restoring a backup with sprite software, no more AS thx terra Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
