From custom rom to official - safest way?

Hi folks

I currently have lufeig's clean rom DXHL2_LFIO4b on my omnia. It runs flawlessly but I'd like to go back to a stock rom with all its bits and bobs.

What is the safest way to flash - download direct from samsung site and run or try to use grandprix to install?

I'm a bit nervous because of the risk of turning my omnia into a paperweight.

Advice greatly appreciated.
